The Soloway Law Firm has three dedicated, highly qualified attorneys who strive to win each case the old-fashioned way — through hard work and a dedication to winning each legal fight ethically and honorably.
The Soloway Law Firm began as an idea of Daniel M. Soloway more than 40 years ago.
From these beginnings, Mr. Soloway has built a vibrant, successful and growing law practice, but his goals have remained the same: Using a simple but intense hard work approach to guide the principles of the firm and achieve the best possible outcome for all his clients.
Mr. Soloway is consistently included in Who’s Who in America, Who’s Who in American Law, and the International Who’s Who of Professionals. His large million- and multi-million-dollar settlements and trial verdicts have resulted in his inclusion into the Million Dollar Advocates Forum five times over two decades of practice.
Daniel joined the Soloway Law Firm as an associate in 2012 and became partner in 2019. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Mississippi School of Law. While attending college, Daniel was a member of Phi Kappa Phi and the Beta Theta Pi Fraternity.
Daniel represents people who are wrongfully injured throughout Florida and across the United States. His litigation and appellate practice areas include civil and administrative matters. Daniel concentrates his practice primarily on the areas of civil and constitutional rights violations, personal injury, car accidents, and wrongful death.
Robert Ian MacLaren III, known as Ian to his friends and clients, graduated from Loyola University in New Orleans where he began garnering trial experience as an intern for the District Attorney’s office.
He then returned to Florida, working for the State Attorney’s Office in the Twentieth Judicial Circuit. There, he continued to focus on trial practice, representing the State of Florida in over sixty jury trials.
